Strength Training remains popular and has proven long-term benefits for all health and wellness sectors.

Educated, Certified, and Experienced Fitness Professionals are on the list again this year as Canadians increasingly seek out programs and services delivered by experienced, professional staff.

Yoga moves up into the top 10 this year with new forms and intensity levels to keep it interesting for all ages and ability levels.

Personal Training offers expertise and support to help improve overall health or make major changes, such as losing weight.

Older Adult Programs remain a strong trend for 2018 as post-retirement adults want to live healthfully and ensure daily function as they age.
