Withdrawal Policy

Winter 2019 Season:
Withdrawals/cancellations must be made in person or by telephone at 403.531.5875 Ext 310.

Seven days or more prior to program start date:
Withdrawals will be processed as a full credit to your Westside account or a refund less a $25 administration fee.
Transfers from one program to another, subject to availability, will be processed with no administration fee.
Less than seven days prior to program start date:
Withdrawals or transfers will only be processed due to medical reasons (physician’s letter must be provided within two weeks of notification of withdrawal or transfer).

New Policy, beginning Spring 2019:
Program withdrawals may be made using your online account, in person or by telephone at 403.531.5875 Ext 310.
Withdrawals are refunded to either the original form of payment or account credit, less the applicable fees.

Six days or more prior to the program start date:
Withdrawals are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
Five days or fewer prior to the program start date:
Withdrawals are subject to a 100% withdrawal fee; no refund or account credit will be provided.
Medical withdrawals:
Withdrawals due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a physician's letter; please contact Westside  at 403.531.5875 Ext 310 to discuss your options.

Program cancellations:
Westside reserves the right to cancel programs that do not fill to minimum requirements.
Notification will be provided approximately 5 days prior to the program start date and fees will be reimbursed.
