Intense Fitness
Intended for those looking for a vigorous workout. Participants should be in good health and ready for a very active, heart-pumping exercise class.

Smart Fitness
A mid-level workout that is lower in intensity but will make you sweat. Perfect for those starting out or returning to fitness, focusing on active aging, recovering from injury, or needing a bit of exercise modification.
