Missing group fitness? Westside has added new multi-station workout spaces in the Youth Gym for self-directed fitness.
Every station includes a spin bike, Reebok step, hand weights, and bar & plates. Fitness routine suggestions will also be posted daily for your convenience. Westside staff will be on-hand to assist where needed and to answer your questions.
