Memberships, Monthly Passes, Programs, Personal Training

Information regarding your membership, monthly pass, programs, training sessions or rentals during Westside's closure.

Starting Monday, March 16, Westside closed all facilities in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Westside's top priority has always been the health and wellness of its members and guests. We will remain closed until we receive an official advisory stating it is safe to reopen.

Memberships and Monthly Passes
Westside members and monthly passholders, please be advised that effective the closure date your Westside membership or pass will be put on hold. Days remaining on your membership or current pass will be reactivated once we reopen. No payments will be processed during this time.  Email communication has been sent to all members and monthly passholders providing details around the closure, payments, and what will happen as we move forward. If you have questions, please email us at members@westsiderec.com. We will try to get back to you as quickly as we can.

Programs
Current programs are cancelled. Program registrants will be provided with account credit for any programs or remaining classes cancelled. You can expect communication via the email we have on file for you, providing details around your registered program(s). Questions can be directed to info@westsiderec.com.

Spring and Summer 2020 program registration scheduled to open to the public on Monday, March 16 will be delayed until further notice.

Personal Training
Please be advised that effective the closure date, personal training sessions will be cancelled. Previously purchased personal training sessions can be used and scheduled once we reopen, and time limits will be extended. If you have questions, please email us at info@westsiderec.com

Rental Contracts
Rental contract customers, you will receive account credit for rentals cancelled during the closure. You can expect communication via the email we have on file for you, providing details around your Westside rental contract. Questions can be directed to info@westsiderec.com.
