Registration for Fall 2018 programs is now open to Westside members. Public registration opens online on Sunday, August 26 at 9:00PM.
The first hours of registration for a season’s programs, usually Sunday evening from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, are the busiest. Westside processes more than 2,000 program registrations during this time. If you’re having trouble, here are a few tips to help you successfully register:
Be Ready. Have your list of desired programs in hand, Login ID and PIN ready.
Be Aware of System Traffic. Just like TicketMaster, Westside’s registration system has a maximum number of concurrent users. If you can’t log on, it’s not likely due to a server problem, it’s because the system has reached maximum user capacity. To log on, keep refreshing the webpage until a login screen becomes available.
Guarantee Your Programs. Courses placed in your cart are not guaranteed until you complete the payment process, so the quicker you check out the more likely you’ll get into the programs you’ve chosen. If you’re registering for a number of programs, register in small batches (3 or 4 courses at a time, starting with those of highest priority to you) for the greatest success. Processing a payment does not end your session, you can continue to register for programs.
Process Your Payment. Once you hit the Payment button, transactions should be completed within a few minutes. A non-responsive screen or never-ending “spinner” usually indicates a processing error. If you experience a delay greater than 5 minutes, you are advised to log off and start the transaction again.
Self Service. Remember, online registration is self-serve. Westside staff are only available to assist you during regular hours of operation.
