Public registration for Spring & Summer 2019 programs including day camps is now open online. Here are a few helpful tips.
Westside’s registration system has changed. Below are the important things you’ll need to know.
MEMBERS: Member registration is now open. Primary passholders were emailed a link and login credentials to their new account. Check your email for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org. Didn’t receive one? Either we don’t have your correct email, or you may not be the primary account holder in your family. Please call us at 403.531.5875 and we would be happy to assist you.
NON-MEMBERS: You will need to create a new online account. Visit westsiderec.com and click on MyWestside to get started.
Be sure to update all required information in your new Westside online account, including details for each family member. Incomplete account information may result in the inability to register for programs. Example: a missing birthdate translates as 0 years old; meaning, the participant may not qualify to register in a program with specific age requirements.
Telephone and in-person registration opens to the public on Thursday, March 21 at 9:00 AM, with expected wait times of between 5 and 30 minutes. Having your online account updated helps to process telephone and in-person registrations more quickly and efficiently, too. If you require assistance, please call us at 403.531.5875 Ext 310. Our Customer Service staff will be happy to help you.

We look forward to seeing you in Spring & Summer 2019 programs!
