Online registration for Winter 2020 programs opens to the public on Monday, December 16. Here are a few helpful tips.
Member priority registration opens online, by telephone and in-person on Monday, December 2 @ 9:00 AM. Public registration opens online on Monday, December 16 @ 9:00 AM; telephone and in-person registration opens on Wednesday, December 18 @ 9:00 AM.
Online registration is the quickest option, while telephone and in-person registrations can expect wait times of between 5 and 30 minutes. If you require assistance, please call us at 403.531.5875 Ext 310. Customer Service staff will be happy to help you.
MEMBERS: Primary passholders are emailed a link and login credentials to their account; check your email for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org. Didn’t receive one? Either we don’t have your correct email, or you may not be the primary account holder in your family. Please DO NOT create a new account online; only by using the account Westside created for you can you access your program discounts and member benefits. Call us at 403.531.5875 and we would be happy to assist you.
NON-MEMBERS: You will need to create a new online account if you haven't already done so. Please DO NOT create a new online account if you already have one; only by using your existing account will you have access to your past receipts, program confirmations, signed waivers, and more. - Having your online account updated helps to process online, telephone and in-person registrations more quickly and efficiently.
- Your email address is your Login ID. If you create an account and it indicates that your email is already in our system, please request a new password instead of creating a new account using a different email address.
- Forgot your password or locked out of your account? You may make 5 password attempts before being locked out. Just click on "Forgot Your Password" on the MyWestside login page and you will receive a temporary password to access your account. For locked accounts, you will need to wait 15 minutes before attempting to log in again.
- Be sure to update all required information in your Westside online account, including details for each family member. Incomplete account information may result in the inability to register for programs. Example: a missing birthdate translates as 0 years old; meaning, the participant may not qualify to register in a program with specific age requirements.
