Spring/Summer Youth Programs

Westside offers programs for youth including sport conditioning, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, interval training, dance fitness and more. Try something new!

Youth programs are specifically for young people 13-17Y and are taught by fully certified instructors and fitness trainers.

Youth Night

Friday night is Youth Night! Go global with our next theme: Around the World.

Friday, February 22
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Ages 10Y - 17Y

*No Youth Night on Friday, February 15 due to Family Day long weekend.

Youth 10Y to 12Y must have completed the Unparented Access Orientation to be admitted without an adult.
