Youth Workout Zone

Reserve your spot in the Youth Workout Zone! Open for youth members/pass holders 10-15Y.

You’ll need to book your time. Options include Expresso Bikes, Octane MTX cardio machine, Hoist KL for fully body circuit workouts, and an assortment of weights and other equipment. Westside staff will be on hand to assist with workout ideas and guidance.
